Our first LCM meet of the season!
Meet will begin at 9:00 AM each day with warm-ups from 7:30 to 8:45 AM each day. Friday warm up shall be from 4:00-4:45 PM, meet shall begin at 5:00 PM.










The Olympic Club Distance Meet
This meet is in San Francisco at the historic Olympic Club. Option for Gold 1, this is a meet Gold 2 is expected to attend. It a untraditional meet format that should be fun!

Zone 3 Championships
This meet is an awesome team event for everyone who qualifies! Just up the road at the beautiful Santa Rosa Junior College, we love having a strong showing and putting up as many points as possible!

Cal Invitational

Sports performance talk - Kathy Toon
Kathy Toon will be visiting our team and speaking to the swimmers of Gold 1, Gold 2, and Blue 1 from 5-6pm, and the parents of Gold 1, Gold 2, and Blue 1 from 6-7pm. The swimmers will swim during the parent talk. Any parents of a group not listed are encouraged to reach out if interested in this event. CREATE SIGN UP SHEET

PacSwim All Star Meet
Each January, Pacific Swimming takes up to 32 swimmers to the Pacific Coast All-Star Meet to compete against teams from Oregon, Pacific Northwest, and Southern California. To be eligible, a swimmer must be between the ages of 11-14 and a current member of Pacific Swimming.
The 2024 Pacific Coast All-Star meet will be hosted by the Southern California LSC and takes place in Los Angeles, CA, on January 6-7, 2024. 32 swimmers will be selected to compete (age groups 11-12, and 13-14).
